Our philosophy is the old adage: "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." This is true for both children and adults. The MAC administrative team believes that high-quality, and professional, interpersonal relationships are the key to success in any business context. Hence, as a business we endeavor to conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity on every level; culminating with how we engage students when we facilitate a K-2 assembly.
In addition, not only does MAC believe in the importance of cultivating healthy interpersonal relationships, but we also believe that the integration of music, as well as dynamic educational technology resources, is a sure way to engage students so that they increase their knowledge and produce the learning gains which local stakeholders and state education officials desire. |
